Dinghy lift or personal watercraft lift

Any Meridian 459 owner who has a lift install on your boat to cary a personal watercraft or a dingy . Freedom lift told me that their system could not fit because of the swim platform configuration . Any suggestion ! Serge.

I am building a boat and a dinghy .Carrying one,however,has presented a challenge because of my boat build.Most boats use a davit system and carry the dinghy on the swim platform or transom.Some carry them on the roof.

This Would Drive Anyone A Little Dinghy | Bobbing About In Paradise

After spending the afternoon snorkeling at a nearby island my crew and I were just settling in for cocktail hour when an unfamiliar dinghy carrying a crew member from one of our other boats pulled up to our swim step.

We bought a 7' inflatable this year (no motor yet) and have it on the flying bridge. I prefer to leave it there since we want to keep the swim step clear for easier boarding

Dinghy Davits Finally Done

After looking at a lot of different davits set-ups, we finally decided on one. I was please that the dinghy sets in close to the transom, without too much overhang past the swim step

I am currently watching for a dinghy to learn to sail in. My (after learning to sail) goal is to get a trailerable boat that can be used on the Ohio River and still have the capacity for ocean.
